Disconnect battery and wait 1 minute until the capacitor has discharged. Remove front door inner panelling - see operation "Inner Panelling - Front Door, Remove and Install". Partially remove water vapour barrier. Release wiring harness plug from side airbag sensor and remove. Side airbag sensor. Notice: The side airbag sensors on the driver's and passenger's side can not be exchanged with one another.
 Install, Connect Side airbag sensor, wiring harness plug, water vapour barrier - see operation "Water Vapour Barrier, Replace". Front door inner panelling, connect battery. |
