Remove right footwell air duct - see corresponding operation. Remove glove compartment, remove coolant line cover - see operations "Glove Compartment, Remove and Install" and "Coolant Line Cover, Remove and Install" in group "C". Release and disconnect wiring harness plug (2). Remove servo motor for mixed air flap (1) (2 bolts, arrows). Detach linkage at adjustment lever (3).
 Install, Connect Attach linkage at adjustment lever and install servo motor for mixed air flap. Connect wiring harness plug. Install coolant line cover and glove compartment - see operations "Coolant Line Cover, Remove and Install" and "Glove Compartment, Remove and Install" in group "C". Install right footwell air duct - see corresponding operation.
 Adjust Synchronise servomotors: Ignition ON, push AUTO and OFF buttons simultaneously for more than 5 seconds. |
