Remove upper part of intake manifold - see operation "Intake Manifold - Upper Part, Remove and Install". Detach vacuum hose (1) from switchover valve vacuum unit. Disconnect wiring harness plug bracket for crankshaft pulse pick-up (2) from upper part of intake manifold. Detach lower part of intake manifold (3) from cylinder head.
 Clean Remove gasket remnants and clean sealing surfaces.
 Install, Connect Attach lower part of intake manifold to cylinder head with new gasket and new fastening nuts - tightening torque 22 Nm / 16 lbf. ft. Attach wiring harness plug bracket for crankshaft pulse pick-up to lower part of intake manifold. Attach vacuum hose to switchover valve vacuum unit. Install upper part of intake manifold - see operation "Intake Manifold - Upper Part, Remove and Install". | 
Remove, Disconnect
