Oil Pump, Remove and Install  

  Remove, Disconnect   

Remove timing case - see operation "Timing Case, Remove and Install".   Remove oil pump cover (1) from timing case.   Remove outer rotor (2) and inner rotor (3).     Inspect    Clean all parts, check for wear and replace if necessary.     Install, Connect    Insert outer and inner rotors in timing case.   Attach oil pump cover to timing case - tightening torque 8 Nm / 6 lbf. ft.   Install timing case - see operation "Timing Case, Remove and Install".
