Crank Drive, Cylinder Block  

Flywheel, Remove and Install  

  Remove, Disconnect   

Remove transmission and clutch - see operation "Transmission, Remove and Install" and "Pressure Plate and Clutch Plate, Remove and Install" in group "K".  

Counterhold flywheel with KM-652 (1) and remove from crankshaft.     Important!    Re-cut threads in crankshaft before installing flywheel.     Install, Connect    Attach flywheel with new fastening bolts to crankshaft - lock flywheel with KM-652 (2):   Engines   Tightening torque   X 16 SZR   35 Nm / 26 lbf. ft. + 30 ° + 15 °   16 LZ2 and 20 NEJ   60 Nm / 44 lbf. ft. + 30 ° + 15 °     Install clutch and transmission - see operation "Pressure Plate and Clutch Plate, Remove and Install" and "Transmission, Remove and Install" in group "K".
