Drive Disc, Remove and Install  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Remove transmission - see operation "Transmission, Remove and Install" in group "K".  

Counterhold drive disc with KM-652 (1) and remove from crankshaft.  

Object Number: 616201 Size: DEFAULT  Important!   

Re-cut threads in crankshaft before installing drive disc.  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Attach drive disc to crankshaft with new fastening bolts - lock drive disc when tightening with KM-652 - tightening torque 60 Nm / 44 lbf. ft. 1) .  

Install transmission - see operation "Transmission, Remove and Install" in group "K".  

Object Number: 2387661 Size: DEFAULT

1)  Insert new fastening bolts with bolt locking compound (red). The installation including torque check is max. 5 min.
