Detach wiring harness plug from fan motor and unclip cable bundle from fan housing. Remove fastening bolts (1) from radiator and remove fan housing with fan motor from bracket (2). Remove fastening nuts (3) from fan housing and retaining clip (4) from fan motor. Remove fan motor from fan housing and fan wheel from fan motor.
 Install, Connect Fasten fan wheel with retaining clip to fan motor and fan motor with fastening bolts to fan housing. Insert fan housing with fan motor in bracket and attach to radiator with fastening bolts. Connect wiring harness plug to fan motor and clip cable bundle in fan housing. | 
Remove, Disconnect
