Oxygen Sensor, Remove and Install (X 16 SZR)  

Object Number: 616201 Size: DEFAULT  Important!   

Remove oxygen sensor only with engine at operating temperature.  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Disconnect wiring harness plug (1) for oxygen sensor.  

Remove oxygen sensor (2) from exhaust manifold.  

Object Number: 616201 Size: DEFAULT  Important!   

When re-using oxygen sensor, insert thread of oxygen sensor with special grease (black).  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Install oxygen sensor in exhaust manifold - tightening torque 30 Nm / 22 lbf. ft. Ensure correct routing of cable - route cable of oxygen sensor so it is not abraded or cannot come into contact with the exhaust pipe.  

Connect wiring harness plug for oxygen sensor.
