Ignition Coil, Remove and Install (16 LZ2) > < Coolant Temperature Sensor, Remove and Install

Tank Vent Valve, Remove and Install (X 16 SZR)  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Disconnect wiring harness plug (1) from tank vent valve.  

Detach vacuum hoses (2) and (3) from tank vent valve - mark installation position. When detaching the vacuum hoses from the valve body, ensure that the valve connections are not damaged. Damaged valves must be replaced. Close off vacuum hose (3) to activated carbon canister.  

Object Number: 616201 Size: DEFAULT  Important!   

Damaged valve connections may lead to vehicle fires as a result of leaks.  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Remove tank vent valve from bracket.  

Object Number: 2392680 Size: DEFAULT

 

 

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Connect tank vent valve to bracket.  

Connect vacuum hoses to tank vent valve.  

Connect wiring harness plug to tank vent valve.
