Throttle Body, Remove and Install
 Remove, Disconnect Remove lower coolant hose from radiator. Collect escaping coolant. Disconnect wiring harness plug (1) from throttle valve potentiometer, wiring harness plug (2) from idle speed adjuster, wiring harness plug (5) from hot film mass air flow meter and wiring harness plug (6) from intake air temperature sensor. Detach air intake hose (3) from upper part of air cleaner housing and from throttle body. Detach engine vent hoses (4) and (7) from throttle body. Remove coolant hoses (8) from throttle body. |

Remove, Disconnect Detach throttle valve actuation Bowden cable (1) from throttle body. Detach Bowden cable bracket (2) from intake manifold and detach spring. Disconnect vacuum hose (3) for tank vent valve from throttle body. Detach throttle body (4) from intake manifold.
 Clean Remove gasket remnants and clean sealing surfaces.
 Install, Connect Attach throttle body (4) with new gasket to intake manifold - tightening torque 9 Nm / 6.6 lbf. ft. Attach vacuum hose (3) for tank vent valve to throttle body. Attach spring in Bowden cable bracket (2) and attach Bowden cable bracket (2) to intake manifold - tightening torque 8 Nm / 6 lbf. ft. Attach throttle valve control Bowden cable (1) to throttle body. |

Install, Connect Attach coolant hoses (8) to throttle body. Attach engine vent hoses (4) and (7) to throttle body. Notice: Before assembling components of the intake system (hoses, connections, etc.), they must be cleaned of any possible contamination (grease, oil, etc.). When tightening the hose clamps, be sure to observe exactly the tightening torque of 3.5 Nm / 2.6 lbf. ft.
 Important! It is only ensured that the intake system is free of leaks, thus ensuring operational safety of the engine, if the hose clamps are tightened correctly to the prescribed tightening torque.
Install, Connect Attach air intake hose (3) to upper part of air cleaner housing and to throttle body. |

Install, Connect Connect wiring harness plug (6) to intake air temperature sensor, wiring harness plug (5) to hot film mass air flow meter, wiring harness plug (2) to idle speed adjuster and wiring harness plug (1) to throttle valve potentiometer. Install lower coolant hose on radiator. Top up cooling system - see operations "Cooling System, Top up and Bleed" and "Cooling System, Check for Leaks". |
