Toothed Belt Tension Roller, Remove and Install (X 16 SZR)  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Remove toothed belt - see operation "Toothed Belt, Remove and Install (X 16 SZR)".  

Remove toothed belt tension roller from oil pump.  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Install toothed belt tension roller - ensure that tongue (1) of the toothed belt tension roller base plate engages in bore (2) of the oil pump.

Object Number: 616201 Size: DEFAULT  Important!   

Before tightening the toothed belt tension roller: turn lug (1) of toothed belt tension roller to the stop (2) on the oil pump.  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Attach toothed belt tension roller to oil pump - tightening torque 20 Nm / 15 lbf. ft.  

Install toothed belt - see operation "Toothed Belt, Remove and Install (X 16 SZR)".
