Secondary Air Metal Pipe (Cylinders 1-3-5), Remove and Install (X 25 XE)
Remove, Disconnect
Remove intake manifold (above cylinders 1-3-5) - see operation "Intake Manifold (Above Cylinders 1-3-5), Remove and Install" in group "J".
Set shut-off valve adapter coolant hoses (1) aside (cooling system remains closed).
Remove fastening bolts (2) for wiring trough bracket and secondary air metal pipe from engine vent housing.
Remove wiring trough (1) fastening bolts (arrows) and set wiring trough aside.
Remove wiring trough bracket (2) from intake pipe bracket (3) upward.
Remove secondary air metal pipe (4) from exhaust manifold (2 fastening bolts) and disconnect from connecting hose.
Remove secondary air metal pipe upward.
Clean
Remove gasket remnants, clean sealing surfaces.
Install, Connect
Attach secondary air metal pipe (4) to connecting hose and with new gaskets to exhaust manifold - insert fastening bolts with mounting paste.
Tighten (Torque)
Secondary air metal pipe (4) to exhaust manifold - 20 Nm / 15 lbf. ft.
Install wiring trough bracket on intake pipe bracket.
Connect wiring trough to wiring trough bracket (2 fastening bolts).
Fasten secondary air metal pipe with cable channel bracket to engine vent housing.
Clip shut-off valve coolant hoses in retainers.
Install intake manifold (above cylinders 1-3-5) - see operation "Intake Manifold (Above Cylinders 1-3-5), Remove and Install" in group "J".
Secondary air metal pipe to engine vent housing - 6 Nm / 4 lbf. ft.
Remove, Disconnect 
Clean 
Install, Connect 
Tighten (Torque)
