Front Engine Damping Blocks, Remove and Install (with AC)  

Notice: 

This operation is identical for both left and right engine damping blocks. Engine damping blocks may only be replaced in pairs.  

  Remove, Disconnect   

Remove torque support.   Remove side engine compartment cover.   Remove front axle body - see operation "Front Axle Body, Remove and Install" in group "E".   Lower complete drive unit using Engine Bridge MKM-883-1 until fastening nut (1) is accessible. Detach engine damping block from engine damping block bracket.     Install, Connect    Attach engine damping block to engine damping block bracket with new fastening nut - tightening torque 45 Nm / 33 lbf. ft.   Install front axle body - see operation "Front Axle Body, Remove and Install" in group "E".   Install side engine compartment cover.   Install torque support - 60 Nm / 44 lbf. ft.
