Squeaking noise while steering at high
operating temperature. |
| Cause: |
Squeaking of the sealing ring at the
steering-pinion shaft at high oil temperature. |
| Production: |
Change of sealing ring material. |
Remedy:
In case of customer complaint add an oil additive, Part-No.: 90004033 /
Cataloge-No.: 19 70 452 (quantity 50ml)in the hydraulic oil reservoir
of the steering system. Please remove the same quantity before, to
avoid overfilling of the oil reservoir.

label at the steering gear.
