Contact Part for Steering and Ignition Lock, Replace
Remove, Disconnect
Disconnect battery ground. Remove signal switch panelling - 5 bolts. Remove lock cylinder - see operation "Lock Cylinder for Steering and Ignition Lock, Remove and Install" in group "N". Release wiring harness plug (1) and at the same time lever it out of contact part with a screwdriver (2). Unscrew setscrew (3) and remove contact part.
Install, Connect
Insert contact part and fasten, connect wiring harness plug, insert lock cylinder, attach signal switch panelling, and connect battery ground.
Important!
If steering lock pin engages, press down lock stone with a screwdriver until retaining pin engages.
Remove, Disconnect 
Install, Connect
