Significance of 5 digit number block

If the specification is obtained:

-

Press -> key.

-

Press keys 0 and 6 for the function "End output" and confirm entry with the Q key.

Switch off ignition.

Continuation

If the idle speed is not obtained:

-

Adapt ECM to throttle valve control module.

-

Carry out test drive.

Observe the valid safety precautions when carrying out a road test.

-

Again check the control module DTC memory.

-

Repeat the idle check.

If the specifications are not obtained again:

-

Check throttle valve control module. See: Computers and Control Systems/Electronic Throttle Control Module/Testing and Inspection

Check intake air system for unmetered air. See: Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Testing and Inspection

Check the operating condition of engine. Refer to "Scan Tool Testing/Measuring Value Blocks/Engine Operating Modes, Checking", See:

Check the signals from/to air conditioner. See: Computers and Control Systems/A/C Signal/Testing and Inspection
