VAG1788/10 Throttle pedal depressor

Work procedure

-

Hook throttle cable to throttle pedal and quadrant on Throttle Control Module.

-

Remove retaining clip for throttle cable core.

-

Depress throttle pedal to Wide Open Throttle position.

Note:  This step requires a second technician or a pedal depressor.

Adjust throttle cable by moving the retainer at support bracket, so that Wide Open Throttle position is obtained at Throttle Control Module.

-

Check Closed Throttle and Wide Open Throttle Position stops on Throttle Body after adjusting.
