    Refer to the ``Digifant Fuel Injection'' section for procedure.

    The by-pass valve controls boost pressure and is adjusted at the factory and should not be changed. To determine if it has been altered and adjust,
proceed as follows:

1.

Attach protractor tool No. 3084 or equivalent, to throttle shaft using magnetic adapter tool No. 3084/1 or equivalent.

2.

Fasten protractor pointer to throttle cable sleeve using circlip.

3.

Using screwdriver, push throttle lever to full throttle stop.

4.

With throttle in this position, set protractor to 10°.

5.

Slowly close throttle until lever No. 1, Fig. 16, begins to make contact with lever No. 2.

6.

Protractor must read 5--3°, before full throttle stop.

7.

If not, adjust by-pass valve on connecting rod (3), until within specifications.
