Removing
- remove ignition cable guide
- remove upper intake manifold
NOTE: Cover intake channels with a clean cloth to prevent becoming contaminated.
With engine installed
- set crankshaft to TDC (cyl. number 1) (inset)

- note rounded teeth
Vehicles Built After 11-91
- note pointed teeth
With engine removed
