REMOVAL
- Discharge A/C refrigerant system.
- Disconnect battery Ground (GND) strap.
- Remove instrument panel. See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Instrument Panel/Dash Board/Service and Repair
- Disconnect locking cable on steering lock housing (if applicable).
- Remove passenger side instrument panel support bracket.
- Remove refrigerant hoses from expansion valve.
- Drain engine coolant and remove hoses from heater core.
- Remove housing securing nuts on firewall in engine compartment.
- Remove air distribution/evaporator housing.
Installation
- Reverse procedure to install.
