Remove side instrument panel cover on driver's side. Refer to => [ Instrument Panel Side Covers ] See: Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and
Repair/Instrument Panel Side Covers

Remove trim - 1 - upward from mounts in body -  arrow A -.

Pull trim upward out of lower A-pillar trim - arrow B -. 

Installing

‹› Ensure trim is in door seal molding after installation.

Perform the steps used for removal in reverse order.

‹› Removal and installation is described for the left-hand side of the vehicle. Removal and installation for the right-hand side is performed in the

same manner.

Removing

Driver side only

Remove hood release lever.
