Hydraulic System

Hydraulic Line on Hydraulic Cylinder

CAUTION!
Hydraulic system is sensitive to any ingress of dirt.

Cover the components as soon as the system is opened to prevent contaminants from entering.

Gaskets must be replaced.

‹› Gaskets - 3 - on loosened hydraulic lines must be replaced. 

Removing

-

Slide locking mechanism - 2 - in - direction of arrow a -.

-

Disconnect hydraulic line - 4 - from hydraulic cylinder -  1 -.

Installing

-

Always replace the seal - 3 -.

-

Make sure the seal fits correctly.

-

Press hydraulic line into hydraulic cylinder opening - arrow c -.

-

Slide lock - 2 - in - direction of arrow b  -.
