‹› Removal and installation are only described for the right outer door seal. The description can be applied to the left outer door seal.
‹› Only remove the protective film right before assembly. The processing temperature is approximately 68° F (20 °C).
Removing
-
Pull outer door seal - 1 - out under adjacent seals - arrow -.

Remove outer door seal - 1 - from door.
Installation
‹› The adhesive surface of the seal forms the strongest bond the first time it is applied. The bond is no longer guaranteed if the seal is removed again.

Remove any adhesive residue still present using radial disc for (VAS 6349)
