Locate black fuel line inside frame channel.

Tip: 

Final position of insulators should be located inside fram channel where indicated (white arrows).

Installing Rear Insulator

Remove foam insulating block at rear of frame channel.

Slice insulator Part No. 06A141730A lengthwise on one side to enable installation onto fuel line.

Install insulator, as shown.

^

Apply tape or small tie-rap around insulator on line.

Tip:

Do Not apply tape or tie-rap tightly, the insulator must be able to slide on fuel line.

A soap /water mixture may be applied to the line to ease insulator installation.

Move insulator into frame channel so that it is positioned half way between rear of channel and oval access hole as illustrated in picture 20A203.
