CAUTION!
The locking pin is under spring tension.

Remove the locking pin - 1 -.
‹› In vehicles built with the newer design, the pins are partially surrounded by two plastic shells.

Perform the steps used for removal in reverse order.
‹› When installing the bolt, it should be mounted so that the bolt head is in the pin recess.
‹› The bolt should be installed with the pin inserted.

‹› A repair to the cloth cover is not possible. In this case the wind deflector should be replaced.

Remove the pin - 1 - with a drift driver unit in - direction of arrow -.
