‹› The door window is adjusted.

Remove side trim.

-

Loosen threaded pin nut - 3 - to adjust angle.

-

Adjust threaded pins with (V.A.G 1739).

-

Tighten lock nut - 3 -. Tightening specification: 10 Nm.

The window regulator must not be tensioned.

Loosen nuts - 2 - and adjust threaded pins with (V.A.G 1739) until threaded pins lightly contact window regulator. 

-

Tighten nuts - 2 -. Tightening specification: 10 Nm.

-

Perform a function check and check adjustment with roof open and closed.

-

Check adjustment dimension of side window with roof closed. Refer to => [ Side Window Adjustment Dimensions ] See: Front Door Window
