Upper A-pillar Trim

‹› Removal and installation is described for the right-hand side of the vehicle. Removal and installation for the left-hand side is performed in the

same manner.

Removing

-

Switch off ignition.

-

Remove sun visors. Refer to => [ Sun Visor ] See: Sun Visor/Service and Repair

Remove the interior rearview mirror:

Mirror With Rain Sensor

Remove switch unit and lights in roof crossmember trim.

-

Remove lower roof crossmember trim. Refer to => [ Lower Roof Crossmember Trim ] See: Lower Roof Crossmember Trim

Remove roof edge trim. Refer to => [ Roof Edge Trim ] See: Roof Edge Trim

Remove side instrument panel covers. Refer to => [ Instrument Panel Side Covers ] See: Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and
Repair/Instrument Panel Side Covers

Remove center trim on A-pillar. Refer to => [ Center A-pillar Trim ] See: Center A-pillar Trim

Remove trim in area of mounting clip - 1 - inward from mounts - arrow A -.

‹› For the sake of illustration, securing elements - 1 - are depicted as removed in the illustration.

Loosen trim from door seal molding - arrows B -. 

-

Remove trim from front mounts in instrument cluster - arrow C -.

-

Remove trim upward out of mounts - arrow D -.

‹› Before installing, inspect the securing clips for damage and replace if necessary.
