Removing

Position rear lid in service position.

-

Switch off ignition.

-

Remove floor carpet from luggage compartment. 

 6-cylinder Engine

Remove battery covers (6-cylinder gasoline engine). Refer to => [ Battery Covers ] See: Starting and Charging/Battery/Service and

All Vehicles

-

Remove lock carrier cover. Refer to => [ Lock Carrier Cover ] See: Lock Carrier Cover

Remove luggage compartment cover. Refer to => [ Luggage Compartment Lid Cover ] See: Luggage Compartment Lid Cover

Remove the five securing clips - 1 -.

-

Open film hinge - 2 - and remove trim from luggage compartment.

Installing

-

Perform the steps used for removal in reverse order.
