‹› The oil spray jets are installed in crankshaft bearings 2 through 7.

Removing

-

Using the 4 mm diameter drift, press the oil spray jet toward the engine bearing and out.

Installing

-

To install, press the oil spray jet - arrow - in by hand using a 6 mm diameter drift.

Oil Check Valve, Removing and Installing

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› M8 x 1.5 Bolt

Removing

-

Install a standard M8 x 1.5 bolt approximately 4 turns into the valve - arrow - and remove the valve from the bore.

Installing

-

Lubricate the O-ring with oil before installing. Press the valve by hand into the oil passage.
