Remove the coolant pump - A - as shown.

Installing

Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal, noting the following:

Lubricate the new O-ring with coolant.

Install the coolant pump.

Install and tighten coolant pump bolts. Tightening specification: 8 Nm

Install the coolant pump pulley. Tightening specification: 20 Nm

Raise the engine using the (10 - 222A) and secure it with new bolts.

Align the engine mount as follows:

‹› There must be a distance of at least 10 mm - a - present between the engine mount bracket - 2 - and right longitudinal member.
