‹› If both toothed gears are assembled in incorrect position, fresh/recirculating air door does not reach its two end positions or motor does not run

cleanly and without hitching.

Install all removed components in reversed order.

‹› After installing Fresh/Recirculating Air Door Motor (V154), recirculating air door must be checked for function.

Checking, use: Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System (VAS 5051B) (or succeeding model)

Replacing: Initiate Basic Setting function using diagnostic operation system (VAS 5051B). Refer to => [ Checking and Adjusting Components ]
