Air Distribution Door Adjuster

Removing

-

Remove left footwell vent. Refer to => [ Left Footwell Vent ] See: Air Register/Service and Repair

Unclip flexible shaft from adapter for controls. Refer to => [ Flexible Shaft, through 05.18.08 ] See: Service and Repair/Climatic A/C System
With Manual Control.

Unscrew bolts - 1 - and remove adjusting unit for air distribution doors

Installing

-

Arrows on toothed gears must align with each other.

-

Position adjusting unit for air distribution doors and tighten bolts -  1 -.

Clip in the flexible shaft to adapter for controls. Refer to => [ Flexible Shaft, through 05.18.08 ] See: Service and Repair/Climatic A/C System
With Manual Control.

‹› When installing flexible shaft, adapter and air distribution rotary switch on controls for hot air and fresh air must have a specific position to each

other, otherwise it will malfunction.

‹› After installing, function of air distribution door must be checked.
