Verify the software level is at 001.

If software level is 002 or higher, this technical bulletin DOES NOT apply, further diagnosis required.

-

Exit out of Vehicle "Self Diagnosis".

-

Eject any disc in scan tool.

-

Insert programming CD Part No. COMPASFLASHSW002.

-

Repeat steps to allow 019   Update Programming to display.

Once programming is complete the following screen will be displayed.

To retain DTCs select back button.

NOTE:  

If other customer complaints exist, select back button.
