Disconnect electrical connection - 1 - at motor - 2 -.

Rotate headlamp beam adjusting motor - 3 - counter-clockwise and remove it.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, noting the following:

-

Carefully set headlamp beam adjusting motor ball head - arrow - in socket - 2 - while moving reflector rearward.

Now place adjustment motor into mount and rotate it approx. 30 degrees clockwise until it engages.

NOTE:
-

When installing cover cap, check gasket for proper fitting. Water intrusion will damage headlamp.

If one headlamp is removed, it must always be adjusted after installation.

Check and adjust headlamp aim if necessary.
