Tail Lamps in Side Panel

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Torque Wrench (V.A.G 1783)

Removing:

‹› Illustrations depict removal and installation of the right side. Removal and installation of the left side is performed symmetrically.

Switch off ignition, switch off all electrical consumers and remove ignition key.

CAUTION!
Do not operate brake pedal!

The illustration shows the following components:

1. Cover

2. Tail lamp

3. Gasket

4. Luggage compartment trim

To remove the tail lamp in the side panel, cover - 1 - must be removed first.
