On vehicles with Highline equipment, the function cannot be adapted using a vehicle diagnosis, testing and information system, rather only
directly via steering column switch in instrument cluster via the "Basic setting, main menu, settings and comfort" functions.

‹› Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System ( VAS 5051A)

The following components and functions can be checked via output Diagnostic Test Mode (DTM) of Comfort System Central Control Module (
J393):

‹› Tank flap activation (tank flap is opened)

‹› Rear lid activation (rear lid is opened)

‹› Sunroof activation (open/close)

‹› Vehicle Inclination Sensor Indicator Lamp (K188) (LED) in Interior Monitoring Deactivation Switch ( E267)

‹› Interior Monitoring -Off- Indicator Lamp (K162) (LED) in Deactivate Vehicle Inclination Sensor Button (E360)

‹› Alarm Horn (H12)

Connect (VAS 5051A).

In (VAS 5051A), select operating mode " Guided Fault Finding".

Using the "Go To" button, select "Functions/Component selection" and the following menu options in sequence:
