Connect (VAS 5051A).

-

In (VAS 5051A), select operating mode " Guided Fault Finding".

Using the "Go To" button, select "Functions/Component selection" and the following menu options in sequence:

‹› Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System ( VAS 5051A)

‹› The following system/component checks depend on vehicle equipment level and market version.

The following components and functions can be checked via output Diagnostic Test Mode (DTM) of door control module:

‹› Activation of front passenger's side switch illumination

‹› Activation of front passenger's side central locking system (activating) 

‹› Activation of front passenger's side mirror functions (mirror heater and mirror fold-in function)

‹› Activation of the turn signal in the front passenger mirror ( Front Passenger Exterior Rearview Mirror Turn Signal Bulb (L132))

‹› Activation of front passenger's side ambient light (Front Passenger's Entry Lamp (in outside mirror) (W53))
