Steering Angle Sensor: Service and Repair

Steering Angle Sensor

The steering angle sensor is installed between the steering wheel and steering column switch.

Removing and Installing

Afterwards, perform the steering angle sensor basic setting.

 (VAS 5051), connecting and selecting functions. Refer to => [ VAS 5051, Connecting and Selecting Functions ] See: Brakes and Traction

‹› From 06.08, the steering angle sensor is located inside the steering gear on vehicles equipped with generation 3 electromechanical steering.
