Remove the lock cylinder - 1 - from the steering lock housing.

Installing:

-

Disconnect harness connector - arrow - at induction coil.

‹› To improve clarity, the ignition key is not shown in the following illustration.

-

Insert the ignition key into the lock cylinder - 1 - and turn it to the Run position.

Using the steel wire - 2 -, release - arrow  - the retaining lever - 3 - of the lock cylinder -  1 -.

Connect the immobilizer induction coil connector.

Insert the lock cylinder - 1 - into the steering lock housing.

‹› Connection of induction coil for anti-theft immobilizer must be inserted into guide on steering lock housing.

Pull the steel wire - 2 - out of the lock cylinder -  1 - and verify that the lock cylinder is securely seated in the steering lock housing.
