Suspension Control Pressure Sensor/Switch: Service and Repair

Left Rear Level Control System Sensor

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Torque wrench (V.A.G 1410)

Removing

-

Disconnect the connector - 1 -.

-

Remove the bolts - 2 - from the lower transverse link.

-

Remove bolts - arrows - from the subframe.

-

Remove left rear level control system sensor ( G76).

Installing

Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal. Observe the following when doing so:

‹› The left rear level control system sensor lever must point toward the outside of the vehicle.

After replacing, perform a headlamp basic setting via the Guided Fault Finding function with the Vehicle Diagnostic, Testing and Information
System (VAS 5051).
