Slide spray nozzle holder into lift cylinder until it engages.

Install cover cap onto the spray nozzle holder and let down lift cylinder.

Check cover cap for correct seating on bumper cover.

Adjust the cap if necessary by shifting the spray nozzle holder into a higher or lower catch on the lift cylinder.

Bleed headlamp washer system after completing assembly work. Refer to => [ Headlamp Washer System, Bleeding ] See: Service and
Repair/Procedures.

Check the spray nozzles for the headlamp cleaning system and adjust if necessary.
