Spacer Strips For Door Trim, Retrofitting - I

Spacer Strips For Driver And Passenger Door Trim, Retrofitting

All vehicles 1991 > except commercial vehicles with closed separating wall > 07.95

Remove door trim.

-

Completely remove all spacer strips.

-

Cut individual spacer strips to size from two gaskets, Part No.701 867 225 D, so that approx. 40 mm remains free in area of latch hook -1- and
approx. 30 mm in area of latch hook -2-.

NOTE:  Keep adhesive surface free of dirt and grease.

Cut spacer strips off in radii (arrows) and heat with gun to approx. 20 °C.

Remove protective films and press spacer strips tightly on door trim.
