Spacer Strips For Door Trim, Retrofitting - II

Spacer Strips For Driver And Passenger Door Trim, Retrofitting

Commercial vehicles with closed separating wall > 07.95

Removedoor trim.

-

Completely remove spacer strips and spacer pieces.

NOTE:  Keep adhesive surface free of dirt and grease.

Cut twelve spacer pieces (15 mm long) from gasket, Part No.701 867 225 D.

Pull protective film off spacer pieces and stick onto markings -1- and -2-.

Also cut spacer strips that are still missing from gasket, Part No.701 867 225 D, so that approx. 40 mm remains free in area of latch hook -3- and
approx. 30 mm in area of latch hook -4-.

Cut spacer strips off in radii and heat to approx. 20 °C with a heat gun.

Pull off protective film and press spacer strips tightly on door trim.
