Trunk / Liftgate Striker: Adjustments

Striker, Adjusting

Remove rear edge trim.

-

After loosening mounting bolts - 1 -, striker can be moved in directions of arrows.

Tightening torque:
Mounting bolts - 1 - = 20 Nm

Adjust striker - 1 - so that recess on door lock turn clip is concentric - arrows - to striker.

-

From inside vehicle, check adjustment while slowly closing rear lid, adjust as needed.
