Coolant return hose
From coolant pipe (rear heater core) to control valve

Coolant return hose 
From control valve to engine

Coolant return hose
From front heater core to control valve

Removing

-

Detach clip and remove cable -2-

-

Remove coolant hoses

-

Remove control valve from over flow bracket

NOTE:

If coolant is in the system, clamp coolant hoses before removing.

-

Release coolant system pressure and drain coolant before beginning repair

-

Refill with coolant after installing/replacing control valve.
