Air Door Actuator / Motor: Adjustments

Temperature Flap Cable, Installing/adjusting

-

Hook temperature flap cable end into lower control lever of A/C control head

Temperature flap cable sleeve is blue

-

Position cable sleeve on stop of A/C control head -arrow- and secure cable with clip

-

Install A/C control head

-

Slide temperature control lever fully left to stop (OFF/cool)

-

Connect other end of temperature flap cable to temperature flap lever
-

Temperature flap must audibly contact stops

-

Push lever in direction of -arrow- to stop

-

Hold lever in this position and install cable retaining clip

To check proper adjustment,

Slide temperature control lever back and forth from stop to stop
-

Temperature flap must audibly contact stops
