Installation Instructions

NOTE:  Windows must be used within 10 minutes, otherwise adhesion of adhesive will be impaired.

-

Apply adhesive sealing material all around window:
-

- a - = 13 mm (0.5 in.)

-

- b - = 8 mm (0.3 in.)

NOTE:
-

To install rear double door window and sliding door window, adhesive sealing material is applied to window flange on door.

-

Height of adhesive bead should be reduced by dimension of residual material on window or on body flange and/or window flange on door.

CAUTION:
-

Components A and B must by mixed according to enclosed instruction sheet.

-

Window must be used within 10 minutes, otherwise adhesion of window adhesive will be impaired.

-

Install window in window cut-out using double suction cups (VAG 1344).

-

Center window and press into window cut-out as follows:
