Tarpaulin Frame And Tarpaulin, Installing

Place tarpaulin frame on bed (requires four technicians).

-

Mount rail - 1 - in corners of bed so outer foot edges - 2 - are flush with center of profile - arrows -.

-

Mark holes - 3 - (9.0 mm dia.) and drill.

-

Deburr holes in sideboard flange - 4 -.

NOTE:  Touch-up drilled holes, apply corrosion protection as required.

Bolt tarpaulin frame to bed.

self-tapping screw (B3.5 x 9.5)

NOTE:  Cover two rear rail feet with deflector plate - 4 -, due to safety considerations.
