Crankshaft: Service and Repair
Sensor Wheel (For Engine RPM) Installing

Crankshaft, removing and installing

Install sensor wheel on crankshaft

Make sure the crankshaft /sensor wheel contact surface is free of oil and grease.
-

For additional securing, thinly coat contact surface of crankshaft/sensor wheel with locking fluid "D6".

First lightly tighten all new securing bolts by hand.

Tighten securing bolt -1- to 10 Nm plus 1/4 rotation (90 °) additionally.

-

Now tighten securing bolts -2- to 10 Nm and 1/4 rotation (90°).
