The Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) heating element -N79- has the following resistance at ambient temperature (approx. 25 °C): Specification: 7
to 12 Ohms

Check to voltage supply:

-

Mark connector -1- (danger of mix-up).

-

Disconnect 2-pin connector and measure at connector terminal 1 + 2 with ignition switched on Specification: at least 11.5 volts

If specified value is obtained:

-

Check wire connection from terminal 1 to Fuel Pump (FP) relay -J17- according to wiring diagram.
